Our mental health directly affects the way we think, feel and act in life, so it is vitally important that we take care of it and that our peace of mind is reflected in our well-being and the health of our bodies.
Be active: Constantly moving your body is key to keeping your mind calm and healthy. Doing any type of physical activity every day for at least 30 minutes will contribute substantially to your well-being and the stability of your health.
Rest: Giving yourself time to rest will really help you maintain a constant sense of well-being. It is important that at bedtime, you have no distractions, clear your mind of any stress or worries and adopt a correct posture. This will also help you avoid possible medical complications related to your posture.
Manage your thoughts: They say that life is 10% what happens and 90% how we react to what happens. If you are more aware of your thoughts, you will be able to think rationally how to react to stimuli and thus avoid a lot of unnecessary stress and worry. Try to go out with your friends and family on a regular basis and enjoy their company, it is a reliable source of well-being.
